Program summary
Accelerate Pro is a small business growth program developed and delivered by the Stirling Business Association based in the City of Stirling area. Each business topic has been carefully selected to suit participant needs that are essential to business success. Its purpose is to support local small business through group direct training by experienced trainers who are experts in their respective field. There are six business topics that make up the program which runs over a 12-week period. In the last week, the focus moves to business pitching where each participant is coached by an expert and learns how to pitch their business. The icing on the cake is a ticket to the annual Small Business Awards event with an opportunity to compete in a pitching event and promote your business.

Who is this program for?
This program best suits small businesses operating at a level that reflects the following business operation indicators:
- May not have a clear direction or plan to drive their business.
- Does not have a clear marketing plan or a business strategy to drive their business.
- Have experienced limited success in their business and now appreciates the need to improve their skills to develop their business.
- Have recognised that they can improve if they access the right level of support.
- If any of the above statements relate to your business then this course is perfect for you
You must meet the following two criteria to enrol on to this program:
- Employ no more than 20 people in your business.
- Either be a resident of the city of Stirling area, or can demonstrate that the majority of your business is conducted within this area.

Running a small business can be extremely challenging, especially when you wear more than one hat! This program equips you to work smarter not harder. It will comprehensively develop your current knowledge and skill set to better position and manage your business to be more successful.

All training will be delivered at the Stirling Business Centre located at 45 Delawney Street, Balcatta.
Training runs between 9am and 5pm with breaks for morning/afternoon tea and lunch.
The program fee is $1500 + GST which includes all program resources, refreshments, an awards event ticket (valued at $150) and SBA Membership discount (valued at $300). Existing SBA Members can access the same discount thereby reducing their program fee to $1200. In addition to this, the City of Stirling are generously supporting local small business with a $600 program subsidy. This is only available to the first ten SBA members that register on the program, so be quick to take advantage of this unique offer.

How to register
Complete the program application form below. Program entry is permitted to any small medium enterprise that:
- Are either based or conducts most of their business within the City of Stirling locality.
- Employs no more than 20 staff.
